HAMPTON PLACE

 

Hampton Place 位于 W 16 街和 Wesbrook Mall 的东北角,向东与 Pacific Spirit 公园接壤,是在 UBC 的土地利用规划确定之前创建的,于 1989 年正式成立,作为 UBC 最老的社区,此区最初的居民主要是退休人员和老年人,但现在,有越来越多有孩子的家庭居住在 Hampton Place,区内以 Condo 与 Townhouse 为主,共 950 多 units,平均年龄 27 年。从小区步行到南边的 Wesbrook Village 以及于 2014 年重建的 Norma Rose Point 小学,十分方便。
