HAWTHORN PLACE

 

Hawthorn Place 社区大致在 2007 年完工,共有 709 个住宅单位,其中的 353 个单位是租赁产权的家庭住宅,229 个出租房屋单位是给教师和工作人员的,和 127 个单位是由教职员工们共同开发的住宅。该区有不少面积很大的 3-4 房 Condo 以及面积超过 4000 多尺的 Townhouse 选择。Hawthorn Place 位于校园内的中心位置,2007 建成投入使用的 Old Barn Community Centre 是很多人休闲的好地方。 Hawthorn Place 是很多人理想的住宅区,包括有孩子的家庭。
