My Story

With a Master Degree in Management and a deep-rooted passion for construction, I embarked on my career in 2004. My journey began as a Project Manager on the high-rise Winsun Heights project,  subcontracted to Kalmar. Seeking a shift to single-family homes, I joined Jalcon Homes in 2007 as a Design & Build Consultant. This role honed my design skills using ArchiCAD and Revit, and provided invaluable experience in client interaction from land acquisition to project completion.

In 2009, I relocated to Canada with my family. To support my growing family, I combined a demanding carpentry role with part-time kitchen design at Home Depot. Simultaneously, I pursued an Architecture and Building Technology Certificate with Distinction from BCIT, solidifying my technical expertise. This challenging period fostered resilience and a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.

Building on this foundation, I established Jalh Homes Ltd. in 2012, earning my Home Inspection and Builder’s license in Vancouver. My real estate journey began in 2014, where I’ve thrived on helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. A strong commitment to client satisfaction is the cornerstone of my business.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, exploring new places, and indulging in hobbies like photography, music, golf, and badminton.
